Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must accompany your return.

  2. Once your return is approved, package the item securely, including all original documentation and accessories.
  3. Ship the item to our Returns Center at:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
